We know the new year brings with it a new lease on life, with the intent to set new personal goals from financial to losing weight. A big part of that is building better nutritional habits. With this in mind, and our own member’s battle with colon cancer, we launched the “Go With Your Gut” 5 week challenge to focus on digestive health and wellness with the help of our certified nutritionist, Lorraine Oberholtzer.
The intent was to help our sharks start the new year off right by building better nutritional habits that were attainable and did not require any drastic diet plans or crazy weight loss regimens. The information presented included tips and notes, and participants were encouraged to ask questions and get answers about their own situations. Here’s a sample of the content:
